It does not cover the clinical patient records we keep for in-person treatment, which are governed by standard medical confidentiality practice, not by this website.
Information collected through this website
The Book a Visitform on this site does not submit to, or get stored on, any server we operate. Filling it in only prepares a WhatsApp message addressed to the clinic's number; nothing is sent anywhere until you personally choose to press send from your own device, in your own WhatsApp account. We only receive what you send us directly, the same as any WhatsApp message.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site. It may set the minimal technical cookies our hosting provider requires to serve pages reliably.
Photos and patient reviews
Before-and-after photos and patient testimonials shown on this site are published only with the documented, explicit consent of the patients pictured or quoted. If you are featured on this site and would like your photo or review removed, contact us using the details below and we will act on it promptly.
Third-party services
Images and page content are served through Sanity.io's content platform, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both providers may process standard technical request data (such as IP address) as part of delivering the page to your browser, under their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
This site includes general information about pediatric dental care but is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
Your rights
Since this website itself does not retain a database of visitor or patient information, most requests about your data will relate to records held by the clinic directly. Contact us any time with questions or requests.
